Normal operating hours are Monday- Saturday 8am to 5pm any services requested as immediate will incur an additional fee. If scheduled by company outside of business hours, you will not incur an additional fee.

ADDITIONAL FEES All fees will be told up front or when noticed (must be excessive to be charged)

LOCATING

Excessive time spent locating septic tanks will be an extra charge up to $100

Anything other than Waste

Grease, baby wipes, and other such materials get stuck in tanks and hoses requiring extra cleaning time of equipment. So, there is a 50-dollar minimum to cover that time.
